New Leadership, New Chapter for Country Place
Congratulations to Our Neighborhood and the New HOA Board Members!
Congratulations to our neighborhood and to the three newest members of the HOA Board: Matt Banas, Sean Phelps, and Tania Figueredo!
This marks the second consecutive election in which our community successfully reached quorum and elected candidates, rather than having board positions filled uncontested. Achieving quorum is no small feat, as it requires at least 10% of homeowners to submit their votes—a clear sign of growing engagement within Country Place.
It’s exciting to welcome new leadership, especially since some of the previous board members had served for 10 to 20 years. With the energy, involvement, and enthusiasm these new members bring to the table, it’s clear they have the best interests of our community at heart.
For too long, our HOA operated under the direction of a single voice. Now, as a united community, we have the opportunity to move forward together—stronger, more collaborative, and ready to continue building a better Country Place for everyone.
